Our green journey is at the heart of everything we do. We try to incorporate as much green hardware and offset as much carbon footprint in everything we do, from packages on offer to upgrades and services. We take pride in donating refurbished and upgraded hardware to disadvantaged families, schools and communites.
My Outsourced IT are a team of experts ranging from license specialists, data recovery, end user support who are all accessible, so rest assured we will always have in house expertise to help with any problems you might have. We have home and business support packages as well as ad-hoc services.
More than just IT
Our green journey means we run computer training sessions not only for adults but for primary schools in the form of after school clubs. The money raised is used to buy equipment for the clubs and we also use some of the older machines which are no longer fit for purpose to dissect.
Our main base of operations is in Manchester but we cover the entire North West and beyond. This is thanks to the modern marvel of remote desktop support. Whilst talking you through it on the phone, we can remotely connect to just about anything in order to repair any problems you might be having. Be that here in the UK or in the Australian outback. If we are unable to fix your problem over the phone we have engineers ready to be dispatched to you in under an hour for more hands on help (subject to availability)
If you are struggling financially there are a number of resources out there who can help. We believe no one should struggle and that paying forward and being green is the only way forward. Please see our green page and the our green journey section for more information.
As a company we strongly believe that mental health matters, that it affects all of us either directly or indirectly. We dontate to Mind, our charity of choice, to help end the stigma. We also employ staff who have experienced hardship and have been stigmatised due to mental health.
